EXCITING NEWS

New Telephone Service – Patient Partner

From the beginning of June this new telephone service will enable patients to BOOK, CANCEL and CHECK appointments with a GP at almost any time night and day! Initially this will be from 6am until 11pm

All you need to use this new technology is a touch-tone telephone, your contact telephone number and date of birth.

If you wish to use this system it will be necessary for the surgery to have your correct and up to date telephone number on our computer system, if not already done so please ensure that this information is correct.

When you telephone the surgery simply select the option to use the automated appointment booking service and follow the simple instructions. In order for this automated system to identify you it will ask you to use your telephone to enter your date of birth and telephone number.Then follow the instructions to Book, Cancel or Check an appointment.

OPENING HOURS

We are open Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm - page under construction regarding details of specific clinic times and availability of appointments.
