ADVANCE NOTICE – CAR PARKING

We have been informed that from 6^th January 2008 the car park on The Rock is being closed, as is the car park on Chapel Street. This is due to the ongoing developments around us.

WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO CAR PARK ATTACHED TO MINDEN.

We would like to remind you about of the various options available when ordering repeat medication:-

1. You can order online at our website

2. Send in your request with a stamped addressed envelope

and we will return your signed prescriptions to you.

3. You can ask a Chemist to collect your prescription from us.

We are hoping to introduce a repeat dispensing system, which basically means that the GP will give you 6-12 months prescriptions which you take to your chosen pharmacy and then you can collect them directly from them.

We are initially going to look at patients who were on 3 items or less and who are stable on their medication.

You can now pick up a leaflet from reception explaining more about this new system.

Please keep an eye in the surgery for further details or alternative speak to your GP to see if you are eligible.

We would welcome any other sensible suggestions on amending our processes to reduce the number of visits you need to make to see us.
